This place was amazing from the beginning to the end, and we've already been here five times! The location is wonderful, close to a supermarket, Majorca, restaurants.

We enjoyed the stay, it was great. Location of the apartment was handy, peaceful. There was an excellent restaurant on the way. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Had quick check-in too. Had exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave oven, air conditioner and a work desk for our needs.

I didn't like the bed it had, it was uncomfortable, nevertheless the whole experience was pleasant! The service was good, efficient staff and easy check-in.

The apartment was a little dated, but perfectly adequate and comfortable.

I booked through your agency and arrived 16-6-2011 planning to stay 12 days. I was very disappointed to find that the location was very much further from beach and town centre than indicated on website (about twice the distance) when booking. I was extremely disappointed to find that there were no canopies/umbrellas at pool. The pool was extremely dangerous as there were no shallow swimming facilities and the pool area was unkempt. The accomodation was cramped, old fashioned and bore no relation to the photographic images illustrated . The loo was faulty and wouldn't flush. After 2 days I checked out and found a 3 star hotel with excellent facilities.I would not consider staying at this accomodation again or recommending it to family or friends. In fairness I got a refund from staff who were helpful when I complained but I would not stay here again, Geraldine

The pool areas were lovely and cleaned daily, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. the staff, both at reception and the cleaners, were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the fact that fresh linen and towels were provided every 2/3 days was a pleasant surprise, giving us a sense of cleanliness and comfort.

The location of the hotel was quite inconvenient, requiring a long walk to reach the town and beach. It was particularly challenging in the scorching heat, forcing us to hire bikes to make it bearable.

I cannot fault these apartments-the staff were very friendly & helpful and the rooms were large and airy and spotless.I would go back to these apartments no problem-An easy walk to the town and crossing the busy road was easy enough and motorists very courteous.

It has good and adorable staff with good service, beautiful location. This excellent apartment is based next to the centre of town and mountains. I greatly enjoyed the place.

The apartment offers a great price for its excellent quality. The property is clean and conveniently located near the Alcudia bus stop. It has a stunning setting next to the beach, town, and seafront, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable.
